The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a drive to exceed sales goals. The position involves mostly B2B sales experience, Responsibilities Making outbound calls, and emails Update and enter client information in the CRM database. Identify new business opportunities and partners Build and qualify sales leads Conduct market research, build client relationships and identify new business opportunities Develop and implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies. Attend social network events (Required) Review drawing and prepare quotes. General knowledge about the security products and services is an asset. Attend and contribute to regular team meetings and provide feedback on marketing initiatives, market conditions, and competitors and trends Follow up with potential customers to arrange or facilitate a sales-driven call (e.g., Price Quotes, scheduling) Experience Excellent work ethic, self-motivated and driven. Experience in security systems is an asset. Friendly and personable demeanour. Excellent multi-tasking, decision-making, and time management skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-directed; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong time management skills Excellent organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software. A valid driver's license is an asset Persuasive and able to evaluate alternatives Salary - This job is pays base salary plus commission.
