Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented professional who excels in a fast-paced environment? We are partnering with a prominent local company in Plant City to find a Customer Service Representative (B2B Sales) who is passionate about delivering excellent service and supporting business growth. This role is vital to the Operations team, serving as a key partner to the sales department to help increase business and maintain strong customer relationships. $23 - $26 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5
PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilitiesIn this role, you won't just be answering phones-you will be an essential link between our customers and internal teams.
Order & Quote Management:
Respond to requests via phone and email, entering orders and quotations accurately into SAP.
Sales Support:
Forward leads to Sales Managers for follow-up and assist in the smooth flow of orders to maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Logistics Coordination:
Track sales orders in transit to ensure timely shipments and coordinate with other departments regarding purchase orders and delivery dates.
Conflict Resolution:
Act as an intermediary to resolve customer complaints and inquiries with a positive, solution-focused approach. What You Bring to the
Table Experience:
At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
Technical Proficiency:
Skilled in MS Office and Adobe products; experience with SAP is required.
Communication:
strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual (Spanish) is strongly preferred.
Organization:
Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and stay organized.
Education:
High School Diploma required; a 2-year Associate's Degree is preferred. •
