We are looking for a dedicated Entry Level Management Associate to provide excellent assistance to our customers and clients. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

Entry Level Management Associate Responsibilities:

Conduct in-person sales through professional and friendly communication and introduce service solutions to potential customers Answer customer inquiries, complete troubleshooting, and suggest client-based solutions based on consumer needs Improve sales and customer service performance through continuous involvement in the local market, communicating directly with community members, and sharing local preferences with management and other Entry Level Management Associates Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the telecommunications industry and client advancements to ensure knowledgeable sales conversations Follow Entry Level Management Associate protocol, including connecting customers with the proper client resources to assist in their sales process and maintaining customer confidentiality when recording sales Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer support and sales strategies Meet or exceed Entry Level Management Associate performance targets related to sales, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution Represent both the company and the client, AT&T, with a professional, helpful, and approachable demeanor

Entry Level Management Associate Qualifications:

Previous knowledge of customer service, sales, business, technology, or client management Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers professionally and effectively Ability to handle multiple Entry Level Management Associate tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and provide solutions Ability to adapt to new technologies and company procedures Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong work ethic
