Force-E Scuba centers has multiple locations in the South Florida area from which we offer everything from scuba equipment to local dive trips, to scuba regulator services, to pole spears and spear guns. Our Team of Scuba Instructors offer certification courses from multiple agencies including PADI, SSI, TDI and SDI. Our Opportunity:

Force-E is searching for a full or part time Retail Sales Associates to work at our Pompano Beach location. Characteristics of the candidates we are looking for include exceptional customer service skills, a passion for everything ocean, enjoy listening, eager to solve problems, and having a desire to be helpful. Candidates that are optimistic, outgoing, social and looking for long term employment have found their next employer! What you'll do: Provide premier customer service by creating a memorable and lasting impression while exuding a caring, confident, and driven interaction with our clients. Encourage educated sales of our full line of products including Aqualung, Apeks, Mares, Atomic Aquatics, Oceanic, Zeagle, Hollis, Bare and more. Filling customer tanks including enriched air nitrox, partial pressure blending, and conduct basic compressor maintenance Receive, restock, tag, organize, and counting merchandise General organization and cleaning of the retail store space Fielding customer phone calls and booking boat trips and courses Depending on certification level, leading guided dives and conducting all levels of training (•minimum Divemaster certification required•) What you'll need: Certified Scuba Instructor with competency Outgoing, bubbly and social personality Spot on verbal communication skills Interest in learning about dive equipment A love for the diving! An enjoyment to cultivate customer relationships Flexible schedule, nights, holidays and weekend availability One or more years of Customer Service or Retail Sales experience
