Job Description
About us HydroLight Lounge is a modern sanctuary for holistic health. We offer personalized services for natural, holistic healing to the body.
Services include:
cold plunge, colon hydrotherapy, infrared saunas, massage therapy, red light & contrast therapy.Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a smile to create a friendly and positive experience upon arrival to the business
- Onboarding new clients, completing medical waivers and creating profiles in MindBody
- Conduct telephone inquiries/follow-up calls/customer care calls
- Facilitate the booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation process
- Sell individual services, packages & memberships
- Book and edit member and guest appointments via MindBody
- Responsible for accurately processing credit card transactions
- Help maintain an organized and clean space area
- Assist the cleaning and sanitation of the lounges after each session
- Assist with laundry (loading washers, dryers, folding towels, keeping cold compresses stocked)
- Performing opening and closing procedures
- Serve as an expert on HydroLight Lounge's services
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any complaints or issues
Qualifications:
- An out-going, positive and collaborative personality
- Have a love for health and wellness
- Available on weekends and evenings
- Retail/Reception experience a plus
