Overview We are seeking a reliable customer-focused individual to join our team! responsible for providing expert knowledge and exceptional customer service in a regulated retail environment. help customers navigate our selection of vapes, glass, tobacco, e-juice and more. In this energetic role, you will be the go-to person for assisting customers with their purchases, providing product demonstrations, and creating a welcoming shopping environment. Your enthusiasm and product knowledge will help drive sales and ensure every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Conduct product demos to educate customers about various smoking accessories, vaporizers, and related merchandise Assist with merchandising displays, stock replenishment, and inventory management to keep the store organized and inviting keeping sales floor, glass cases, displays etc clean and organized.

Sales-driven:

a natural ability to suggest add-on items like lights, cleaners, or rolling papers. Maintain knowledge of store policies, including age verification procedures and compliance with legal regulations Manage phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products or store hours while maintaining excellent phone etiquette knowledge of retail policies and procedures.

patience:

ability to remain calm and professional during busy shift or when dealing with difficult customers Skills Proven experience in retail sales environments with strong customer service skills Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic retail math for accurate transactions Ability to perform product demos confidently while explaining features clearly and engagingly Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for engaging customers and collaborating with team members Strong merchandising skills to create attractive displays that promote sales and highlight featured products basic knowledge of smoke shop items bagging and packaging: safely and neatly bag items, providing customers with a pleasant and convenient shopping experience.

Requirements/ Qualifications must be 21 years or older must be able to work flexible hours weekends and evenings must bring paper resume to interview must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift 40+ pound boxes education : high school diploma or equivalent honesty & integrity: high level of trustworthiness when handling valuable inventory (glass/electronics).
