This role combines technical expertise in plumbing and construction with proactive customer engagement to deliver exceptional service and solutions. As an integral part of our service team, you will diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems while identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and services with onsite estimates and complete job same day from start to finish. Your mechanical knowledge, construction background, and sales skills will drive customer satisfaction and business growth. This is a paid position that offers the chance to work on diverse projects in a fast-paced environment where your skills make a real impact. Duties Perform troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute plumbing projects Conduct on-site assessments to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions, including HVAC or remodeling services when applicable Utilize welding, pipe threading, and carpentry skills to complete complex plumbing tasks efficiently and safely Operate construction site equipment such as heavy lifting gear, scaffolding, and construction vehicles in compliance with safety standards Engage with customers professionally to explain repair options, upsell additional services or products, and build lasting relationships Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and customer interactions for reporting purposes Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing, service plumbing, or related fields with a strong understanding of plumbing systems Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pipe threading machines, and other construction tools Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings confidently Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems and familiarity with remodeling or handyman tasks is highly desirable Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or confined spaces safely Valid commercial driver's license or ability to obtain one for site travel as needed Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing installations Knowledge of schematics, HVAC systems, carpentry techniques, and construction site safety protocols Join us if you're ready to leverage your extensive construction plumbing expertise combined with sales acumen in a vibrant environment that values your skills!
