Your Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain customer relationships through proactive outbound sales Conduct thorough needs assessments and product recommendations Coordinate test drives and negotiate deals Manage leads in our CRM system and generate opportunities for F&I Personally deliver vehicles to ensure exceptional service Network and conduct business development activities
What We're Looking For:
Self-driven with proven ability to achieve results Excellent communicator who builds trust quickly Experience building loyal client relationships Current industry knowledge and desire for continuous learning Valid Florida driver's license with clean background Ford automotive sales experience preferred but not required Ready to join a dealership that values both success AND work-life balance? and start your rewarding career with Kisselback Ford!
