Job Description:
Seeking a customer-focused DME Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have customer service skills, communication abilities both in person and over the phone, and a genuine desire to help customers find solutions that improve their quality of life. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers and requires the ability to assess needs, educate customers on products, and provide a positive experience from initial inquiry through purchase and follow-up service. It is a plus if you have experience helping the elderly or any healthcare background.
