We are expanding our team and seeking energetic, people-first individuals to join us as Entry Level Sales Team Members. We partner with some of the nation's most recognized brands in telecommunications and home services, bringing their products directly to customers through personalized outreach. If you've ever been told you're a people person, a natural at customer service, or just really good at making strangers feel comfortable, we've been looking for you. This is a ground-floor opportunity with real upward mobility. Many of our managers started exactly where you'd be starting and they didn't wait years to get there. What You'll Be Doing as an Entry Level Sales Team Member Serve as a direct brand representative, delivering exceptional customer service to residential customers in Bradenton and surrounding areas Present and explain home services, telecom packages, and promotional offers in a clear, compelling way Conduct one-on-one needs assessments and recommend the right solution for each customer Guide customers through the full sign-up and enrollment process with patience and care Log all interactions and activities in CRM software Participate in weekly team meetings, training, and coaching sessions What We're Looking For in our Entry Level Sales Team Member 0-2 years of customer service or customer-facing experience, retail, food service, hospitality, call centers A natural communicator who enjoys meeting new people and making them feel heard Someone who treats every interaction like it matters Motivated by results and not afraid of a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, coachable, and eager to grow Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet Why Bradenton People Love Working Here We're local.
