Sales Associate

DUTIES

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, stock room and vault
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Demonstrate product knowledge and answer customer questions
• Stay up to date on current promotions and sales events

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
