Hourly + Commission Job Overview We're looking for a creative, outgoing, and customer-focused team member to join our new custom tumbler engraving kiosk at Sawgrass Mills Mall. In this role, you'll help customers create personalized tumblers and gifts using professional xTool laser engraving equipment. This position is perfect for someone with a background in graphic design, personalization, arts, or retail sales who enjoys working directly with customers and bringing creative ideas to life. Experience with engraving is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Assist customers with selecting tumblers and personalized engraving options Create and modify custom designs, names, logos, and artwork for engraving Operate or learn to operate xTool laser engraving machines Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-traffic mall environment Process sales transactions and help achieve sales goals Recommend products and personalization upgrades to increase sales Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kiosk appearance Assist with inventory management, stocking products, and display setup Stay current with design trends, engraving techniques, and popular customization requests Work collaboratively with management to develop new product ideas and promotional concepts QualificationsPreferred Experience Graphic design experience (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, CorelDRAW, LightBurn, or similar software) Previous experience with laser engraving, customization, printing, or personalization businesses Retail sales or customer service experience Experience creating logos, artwork, or custom designs Required Skills Friendly, energetic, and professional personality Strong communication and customer service skills Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail Comfortable using computers and design software Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Willingness to learn new technology and engraving techniques What We're Looking For The ideal candidate loves creativity, design, and working with people.
