"Luli Fama is a family-owned luxury swim and resort wear brand, inspired by the vibrant energy and glamour of Miami. Over 30 years ago, our founders saw the need for beautifully crafted swimwear that makes women feel confident and strong. We source our fabrics from the finest mills in Europe, mainly Italy and Spain, and ship them to our production studio in Colombia, where a skilled team of women handcraft every piece with care. Each design captures the bold spirit of Miami and celebrates femininity, empowerment, and self-expression." Key Responsibilities Deliver a luxury-level guest experience through personalized service and genuine connection. Anticipate guest needs, adapt selling strategies, and build lasting client relationships through consistent outreach and guest capture. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product assortment to confidently make styling recommendations and introduce complementary pieces. Use provided tools and performance reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in real-time. Take ownership of individual performance by setting high personal standards, seeking feedback, and applying coaching consistently. Support daily retail operations with professionalism, organization, and attention to detail. Maintain a clean, polished, and brand-aligned personal appearance that reflects the Luli Fama aesthetic. Communicate clearly, respectfully, and effectively with guests and team members. Uphold ethical standards, respect confidentiality, and model honesty and integrity in all interactions. Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance, punctuality, and flexibility in alignment with business needs. Stay composed and solution-oriented in high-pressure or unexpected situations. Foster a positive store culture by contributing to team morale and supporting collaborative success.
