SUMMARY The role of an Automotive Sales and Leasing Associate is to sell automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; developing and qualifying buyers; closing sales. What We Offer Four-day work week Opportunity for internal promotion and career growth with company Competitive pay plan Paid Time Off 401(k) retirement plan options Complimentary Life Insurance Policy Available Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance along with short and long-term disability insurance options Saturday lunch provided Guaranteed training pay: (Total) $2,500 for 30 days or commission whichever is higher Responsibilities Greet and guide customers as they complete the sales process Assist the customers in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs using the current inventory information Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the features of the vehicle and complete demonstration drive Assist customers in the completion of the necessary paperwork Assist in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales Direct report to the Sales or Team Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
