Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays
- Assist with inventory management and replenishment
- Process customer returns and exchanges
- Meet sales goals and targets
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic math skills
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle customer inquiries over the phone
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
