This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while promoting our diverse range of products. Your contributions will help enhance our brand's reputation as a top-tier lifestyle destination. Responsibilities Engage with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience and promote product knowledge. Assist customers with product selection and upsell complementary items to enhance their purchase. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a balanced cash register. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about new items and promotions. Maintain store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting environment. Support inventory management by restocking shelves and managing product displays. Utilize retail math skills to assist with pricing and sales reporting as needed. Provide bilingual support to enhance communication with diverse clientele. Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the lifestyle and culture space. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with clients. Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. Excellent cash handling skills with attention to detail. Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with all customers. Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in sales reporting and inventory management. Experience in supervising or leading teams is beneficial but not required. Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally.
