Supply Chain Team Member

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Safely move, load, unload, and store freight, stock, and materials using manual labor or equipment. Sort and organize cargo prior to loading and unloading. Track and record material movement using production sheets, work tickets, or system tools. Inspect, identify, and properly label materials. Proactively seek training and knowledge on all products, equipment, safety procedures, and quality standards as requested by the organization. Maintain cleanliness by keeping workstations organized, floors swept to prevent slip hazards, and tools or supplies properly stored. Assist other departments and participate in improvement projects as needed to advance the company's objectives. Proactively communicate issues related to safety, quality, delivery performance, or policies/procedures. Eze-Breeze maintains an Open Door Policy to encourage employee Qualifications Forklift experience preferred. Able or willing to learn to read a tape measure and record measurements down to 1/32". Good communication skills and able to follow instructions from leadership. Willingness to learn and adapt in a team-oriented environment. Supervisory Responsibilities None. Physical Demands / Work Environment Ability to stand or be on your feet for long periods, including frequent walking and occasional climbing, kneeling, or balancing. Exposure to varying temperatures, including heat and humidity. Work environment may include dust and moderate-to-high noise levels; safety glasses and hearing protection are required. Ability to lift and carry at least 70 lbs. Must be able to communicate and understand basic English. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
