Job Summary Join our dynamic retail team as a Cashier/Sales Associate, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused attitude will drive memorable shopping experiences. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping journey Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging additional sales through upselling Maintain clean, organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and optimize product placement Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring products are available and properly labeled for easy browsing Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change Assist customers with inquiries over the phone using professional phone etiquette and communication skills Requirements Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery store environments or similar settings Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures is highly desirable Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities are advantageous for team support roles Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and product demos enhances your effectiveness in this role Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while developing your retail expertise.
