Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, providing exceptional customer service and guiding them through cabana rental options and beach amenities Manage the rental process, including reservations, cash handling, and equipment setup to ensure smooth guest experiences Maintain cleanliness and organization of cabanas, beach areas, and surrounding facilities to uphold high standards of hospitality Assist guests with beach activities, including setting up umbrellas, chairs, and providing information about available services Enforce safety protocols by monitoring beach conditions, performing lifeguard duties if certified, and responding promptly to emergencies or conflicts Coordinate small events or guest activities on the beach, utilizing skills in events management and public speaking to engage visitors Handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Skills Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor Experience in hospitality or resort environments is highly desirable Knowledge of lifeguard procedures or lifeguard certification is preferred for safety responsibilities Ability to manage conflicts calmly and effectively in high-pressure situations Skilled in cash handling and point-of-sale operations for rentals and concessions Experience working with children or hosting family-friendly activities is a plus Comfortable engaging with guests through public speaking or leading small group activities Background in event management or theater can enhance your ability to coordinate guest experiences effectively This role offers an energetic environment where your proactive approach will shine.
