Carroll GMC in Venice is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Counter Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong automotive parts experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service to both customers and technicians. Responsibilities Assist customers and technicians in identifying and locating the correct parts and accessories. Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately in accordance with dealership and manufacturer policies. Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock replenishment and cycle counts. Handle phone inquiries, online parts requests, and counter sales transactions efficiently. Support the Service Department by ensuring timely delivery and documentation of parts. Keep the parts area clean, organized, and compliant with dealership safety standards. Build positive relationships with retail customers, vendors, and internal staff. Qualifications Previous automotive parts experience required (General Motor dealership experience). Knowledge of GM parts catalog systems and DealerTrack Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
