This energetic position involves managing guest interactions, overseeing event activities, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. As a Court Attendant, you will be the friendly face that guests see first, providing exceptional customer service while supporting various event and court-related functions. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable experiences for visitors of all ages. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with their inquiries to foster a positive environment. Manage guest flow during events, ensuring safety protocols are followed and crowd control is maintained. Oversee court or event areas, ensuring they are clean, organized, and ready for use. Handle cash transactions accurately for ticketing, concessions, or merchandise sales. Provide conflict management by calmly resolving disputes or concerns from guests or participants. Support event setup and breakdown, coordinating with team members to ensure seamless operations. Enforce facility rules and safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for all visitors. Requirements Proven experience in events management, guest services, or hospitality roles is highly desirable. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Experience working with children and familiarity with public speaking are advantageous. Ability to handle cash accurately and perform food service duties if required. Lifeguard experience or certification is preferred; knowledge of safety protocols is essential. Previous experience in resort, theater, or similar entertainment environments is a plus.
