Support store organization by managing stock levels, organizing displays, and ensuring cleanliness. Engage in cross-selling e-commerce options and promote seasonal or promotional items to boost sales. Skills Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers. Knowledge of lawn care, gardening, horticulture, floral design, or landscape maintenance is highly desirable. Experience with POS systems, cashiering, retail math, and cash handling ensures smooth transactions. Excellent organizational skills for stocking shelves and managing inventory efficiently.
