Job description At SYL Roofing Supply, LLC, we're growing and looking to expand our crew. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Representative . Key Responsibilities:

Meet monthly sales targets. Proactively contact qualified prospects (warm leads) to advance them through the sales pipeline. Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities. Track and report sales performance, pipeline activity, and customer feedback to management. Record all interactions and transactions in the software system. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through phone, email, and virtual communication. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs. Identify up-sale and cross-selling opportunities to increase order value and customer satisfaction. (e.g., pairing shingles with starters, underlayment, etc.). Collaborate with the outside sales team to support customer accounts and ensure a consistent experience. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers in a timely manner. Is your responsibility to stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings to better serve customers. Respond to quotes, requests, and inquiries from contractors and recurring clients in a timely manner . Conduct commercial follow-ups with clients who have not purchased recently. Follow up on complaints related to order errors, materials, or deliveries. Guide clients through return processes or post-sale adjustments, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.

Specific qualifications include:

1+years experience in sales. Strong written and verbal communication skills (English•Spanish). Basic computer skills (Microsoft knowledge a must). Positive attitude and team player. Detail and sales-oriented. Bilingual in Spanish / English. Equal Opportunity Employer /
