The Entry Level Sales Associate will engage businesses in sales conversations about AT&T's wireless devices, Business Fiber, and VoIP solutions, focusing on how these solutions improve their day-to-day operations. As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you'll begin with sales training to connect with Orlando businesses through sales dialogues that make AT&T's cloud connectivity and hybrid workforce solutions accessible. The Entry Level Sales Associate will then emphasize matching AT&T's technical capabilities to each business's needs during sales chats, tailoring all interactions to each business's needs. Core Functions of the Entry Level Sales Associate Connect with Orlando businesses to discuss how AT&T Business solutions can improve their connectivity and productivity. Demonstrate the value of AT&T Business services by highlighting reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency in everyday business scenarios. Identify client needs and recommend tailored AT&T Business solutions that align with their sales goals and budget. Address common business challenges by showcasing how AT&T Business can provide seamless connectivity and communication. Promote limited-time offers on AT&T Business bundles to create urgency and excitement around upgrading or adopting new services. Build rapport with clients to establish trust and long-term relationships, ensuring they see AT&T Business as a partner in their success. Preferred Skills for the Entry Level Sales Associate Team collaboration to support teammates in achieving sales goals. Time management to balance sales, follow‑ups, and account tasks.
