We're looking for an energetic, fashion-forward Stylist to join our team and help create exceptional shopping experiences for every client who walks through our doors. Schedule Requirements 30-35 hours per week Must be available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays Management or leadership experience preferred Key Responsibilities Deliver top-tier styling experiences that build client relationships and drive sales Create personalized outfit recommendations and wardrobe solutions for clients Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals Build a loyal client base through outreach, follow-up, and exceptional service Maintain store merchandising, visual standards, and overall store presentation Support store operations and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment What We're Looking For Passion for fashion, styling, and helping others feel their best Strong interpersonal and communication skills Positive, outgoing personality with a genuine love for people Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment Interest in staying current on fashion trends and styling techniques Strong attention to detail and visual merchandising Previous retail sales experience required Proven sales performance and a clienteling mindset preferred Must be comfortable proactively reaching out to clients and building lasting relationships Management or leadership experience preferred Why Bobbles & Lace?
