Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence:

Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to customers at the pump and inside the store. Greet customers with a smile, assist with fuel and product selection, and handle inquiries with enthusiasm. Ensure every customer has a positive experience, from fueling to shopping in-store.

Sales & Upselling:

Promote and sell store products, including snacks, drinks, car care items, and more, while maintaining knowledge of sales promotions. Suggest additional items to customers to enhance their experience and drive store sales.

Store Cleanliness & Organization:

Keep the store spotless, including sweeping, mopping, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring restrooms are always clean. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to create an inviting environment for customers. Regularly check and restock shelves, displays, and promotional signage.

Professionalism & Teamwork:

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the brand in a positive light. Work as part of a team to meet store goals and ensure a smooth, efficient operation. Be punctual, reliable, and open to flexible scheduling.

Cooler Management:

Monitor and stock the cooler, ensuring all beverages are well-organized, fully stocked, and at the right temperature. Check expiration dates regularly and remove expired products to maintain quality.

Truck Check-in & Inventory Management:

Assist with checking in deliveries and unloading inventory from delivery trucks. Stock inventory in appropriate locations, keeping track of stock levels and reporting any shortages. Perform regular inventory checks and assist in reordering products.

Cooking & Food Preparation:

Prepare hot food items like hot dogs, sandwiches, and breakfast items, following food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area and ensure food items are served fresh and on time. Handle cash and credit card transactions for food and beverage purchases.

Safety & Security:

Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for customers and team members. Monitor the premises for suspicious activity and report any security concerns.

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and communication skills Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes physically demanding environment Ability to work independently alone overnight Flexibility with work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic math and cash-handling skills Previous experience in retail, customer service, or food preparation is a plus, but not required Why Join Us?
