Commission Retail Sales Associate Base Pay + Unlimited Commission Opportunities Are you passionate about helping customers, building relationships, and earning based on your performance? We're looking for energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our growing team! This position offers a competitive hourly base pay plus commission, providing unlimited earning potential for individuals who enjoy sales, customer engagement, and creating exceptional shopping experiences. As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll serve as a brand ambassador by assisting customers, educating them on products and services, and helping them find the best solutions for their needs. What You'll Do Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience. Build meaningful relationships with customers while identifying their needs and recommending the best products and services. Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals through consultative selling and outstanding customer care. Educate customers on available products, accessories, promotions, memberships, warranties, and service offerings. Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and cash registers. Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and daily balancing responsibilities. Assist with opening and closing store procedures. Help receive, stock, merchandise, and organize inventory. Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, stocked, priced, and visually appealing. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales floor at all times. Stay informed on current product knowledge, new arrivals, promotions, and industry trends. Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally while providing timely solutions. Support community events, product launches, promotional campaigns, and in-store experiences when needed. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and create a positive workplace culture. Qualifications Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred. Commission sales experience is a plus but not required. Wireless, technology, beauty, wellness, fashion, or specialty retail experience is highly desirable. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a passion for serving customers. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Comfortable using POS systems, cash registers, tablets, and basic computer software. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift merchandise as needed.
