WHO WE ARE
OneDay in Paris Group is a hospitality concept built around the belief that every guest interaction is an opportunity to create something memorable. We are a small, intentional team that takes pride in the experience we deliver and the culture we maintain. We do not cut corners on service, and we do not settle for people who are just going through the motions. The right candidates will grow with us — not just in position, but in skill, discipline, and earning potential.
OPEN POSITIONS
We are hiring experienced candidates across the following FOH roles. Prior experience in your applied position is required.
Server:
Guest-facing sales lead. Strong table presence and upsell confidence required. Host of the
Night:
First and last impression. Warm, organized, and always two steps ahead.
Barista:
Craft-focused with a service mindset. Speed and consistency matter here.
Food Runner:
Precision, timing, and team communication. The backbone of a smooth service.
Busser:
High-energy, detail-oriented, and always moving. Resets the room for the next great experience.
THE ROLE
Every position here carries a sales component. Whether you are guiding a guest through a menu, presenting a beverage option, or simply making someone feel welcome the moment they walk in — you are selling an experience. We are looking for people who understand that and want to get better at it. If you have ever wanted a place to sharpen your hospitality instincts in a real-world environment with real stakes, this is it. We treat this work as a craft, and we invest in people who treat it the same way.
QUALIFICATIONS
This is a guest-facing sales role that happens to live inside a hospitality environment. We are looking for people who bring these qualities to the floor every shift: You know how to read a room. You pick up on what a guest needs before they say it, and you respond accordingly. You can make a recommendation and mean it. No reciting from memory — you understand what you are selling and why it is worth buying. You close. Whether it is a dessert add-on, a second round, or an upgraded experience, you know how to ask and you are not afraid to. You communicate clearly under pressure. Tables, tickets, and teammates all need your attention at once — you stay calm and you stay sharp. You take feedback and use it. Coachability is non-negotiable here. We invest in people who want to improve. You show up ready. On time, in uniform, prepared. Every shift is a performance and you treat it like one. You have real experience in your role. We are not starting from scratch — we are building on what you already know.
WHAT YOU'LL BUILD HERE
Confidence in face-to-face sales and elevated guest consultation A working understanding of hospitality operations at a high level The discipline of showing up — prepared, on time, and ready A track record you can take anywhere Real relationships with a team that wants to see you win
SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION
Availability is flexible and we will work with your schedule. That said, we are looking for people who can commit to consistent shifts — not someone who needs a different schedule every week. Compensation includes an hourly base plus tips, with earning potential directly tied to your performance and sales ability. People who show up with effort earn more.
TO APPLY
Tell us which role you are interested in, a little about your background, and what you hope to get out of this opportunity. A resume is helpful but not required to start the conversation. OneDay in Paris Group is an equal opportunity employer. We hire on character, effort, and coachability.
