Print - Ship Representative The UPS Store At North Point Marktet In Alpharetta - 3.7 Alpharetta, GA Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract $14 - $16 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Computer operation Packing Scanning Attention to detail Time management Full Job Description We are seeking a Print / Ship rep to join our team at The UPS Store. This role focuses primarily on providing high-quality printing, copying, and finishing services to customers, while also supporting shipping, packing, and customer service needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Printing Services (Primary Focus): Operate digital print, copy, scan, and finishing equipment (e.g., binding, laminating, cutting). Assist customers with print projects including formatting, paper selection, and print settings. Ensure quality control on all print jobs and complete them in a timely manner. Manage and organize incoming print orders (in-store, email, or online). Maintain cleanliness and organization of the print area.
Shipping and Packing:
Assist customers with packing and preparing shipments. Process domestic and international shipments using UPS systems. Advise customers on packaging, shipping options, and tracking services. Weigh, label, and handle packages following company and safety guidelines.
Customer Service and Store Support:
Greet customers and assist with general inquiries. Answer phones, take print/shipping orders, and follow up with customers. Support store upkeep and restocking as needed.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in printing services, retail, or customer service preferred. Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office, PDF, and design software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, Canva) is a plus. Ability to learn and operate printing equipment and POS/shipping systems. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Schedule:
