This role is essential in providing excellent customer service, managing transactions, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process customer transactions accurately. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product inquiries. Conduct product demonstrations to promote new items and enhance customer engagement. Maintain an organized and stocked sales floor by restocking shelves and ensuring products are displayed attractively. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions responsibly while adhering to company policies. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations. Exhibit phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries over the phone. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and store environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
