Cashier/Sales Associate

Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping journey Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and returns Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging additional sales through upselling strategies Maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure shelves are stocked and organized for easy customer access Assist with stocking, merchandising, and inventory management to keep the sales floor inviting and well-maintained Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products or store policies with excellent phone etiquette Support team members by supervising or mentoring new staff, fostering a collaborative environment focused on sales growth Requirements Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery stores or similar fast-paced environments Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures to ensure accurate transactions Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Demonstrated supervisory experience or leadership qualities to guide team efforts effectively Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately for cashiering and retail math calculations Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management practices Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences!
