Job Description:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers by showing a friendly, welcoming demeanor and professional appearance
  • Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
  • Demonstrate knowledge of products and services and educate customers on features and benefits
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently by utilizing The UPS Store Computer Applications
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to work in a detail oriented fast paced environment
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of previous experience in retail or customer service Preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude
  • Ability to stand for hours; ability to lift 40 lbs
