In-person Position Summary Brazilian Wax & Spa by Claudia is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting daily spa operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is confident recommending services, memberships, and retail products. Responsibilities Welcome clients with a friendly and professional attitude. Check clients in and out using the spa management system. Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages in a timely and professional manner. Schedule, modify, and confirm appointments. Educate clients about services, memberships, packages, and retail products. Meet individual and team sales goals for memberships, packages, and retail products. Process payments accurately and maintain cash handling procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area. Assist service providers and management with daily operational needs. Resolve client concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate. Follow company policies and procedures while delivering an exceptional client experience. Qualifications Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or front desk experience is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working toward sales goals and recommending products and services. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Basic computer and point-of-sale system experience is preferred. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay ranging from $14.00 to $17.00, depending on experience and qualifications. Commission opportunities on memberships, packages, and retail sales. 50% employee discount on eligible products and services. Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Mileage reimbursement when required to work at a location other than your primary assigned spa, in accordance with the company's mileage reimbursement policy. Additional Information Occasionally, business needs may require employees to provide coverage at another Brazilian Wax & Spa by Claudia location. When approved by management, eligible mileage reimbursement will be provided for travel to a location other than the employee's primary work location.
