We believe every guest should leave feeling informed, empowered, and confident in their product selections. In addition to our herbal offerings, we provide services such as foot detox baths and health consultations. Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for herbal wellness, alternative health practices, and personalized customer service. The ideal candidate enjoys educating customers, building relationships, and creating a welcoming retail environment. Responsibilities Assist customers by answering questions about herbal products and wellness solutions Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and goals Educate guests on product usage, ingredients, and benefits Perform product delineation and explain differences between available options Provide Foot Detox Services according to company procedures Process customer purchases and handle cash/card transactions accurately Maintain inventory levels through stocking and replenishment Assist with inventory management and organization Create and maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming for customers Support daily store operations and contribute to a positive team environment Preferred Qualifications Experience assisting customers with health, wellness, herbal, or natural products Ability to confidently guide customers through product selections Background in herbalism, alternative medicine, holistic health, functional medicine, or related fields Strong understanding of herbal remedies and wellness practices Excellent communication and customer service skills Retail sales experience preferred What We Offer Flexible part-time schedule (1-2 days per week) Ongoing education opportunities Access to certifications and professional development Supportive, wellness-focused work environment Opportunity to grow your knowledge of herbal medicine and holistic wellness Ideal Candidate You are passionate about natural health and enjoy helping others find solutions that support their wellness journey.
