Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join our team at our NORTH Augusta location. you will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the smoke shop industry and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk
• Receive and stock inventory as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of smoke shop products, including tobacco, vaporizers, and accessories
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well within a team and individually
