Job Description

Join a dynamic team at a premier Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Retailer! We are looking for motivated, energetic, and bilingual individuals (English/Spanish) who love technology and enjoy helping people. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and want to control your earning potential through sales commissions, we want to hear from you! No prior experience is needed—we provide complete, free training to set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service:
Welcome customers warmly, identify their wireless needs, and provide expert recommendations in both English and Spanish.
Sales & Consulting:
Sell Metro by T-Mobile devices, service plans, accessories, and features.
Store Operations:
Assist with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, organized store showroom.
Problem Solving:
Troubleshoot basic phone issues and assist customers with billing queries or account setups.
Meet Goals:
Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
Qualifications & Requirements Language:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (Strictly Required). You must be comfortable conducting full sales consultations and explaining phone plans in both languages.
Experience:
No experience needed! We welcome entry-level applicants with a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
Schedule:
Ability to work full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Skills:
Strong communication skills, basic computer literacy, and a high-energy personality.
Age:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
