Job Description
Job Overview We're looking for motivated, experienced sales professionals with a background in Powersports to join our growing team. If you know personal watercraft, side-by-sides, ATV's, or motorcycles - and you know how to build relationships and close deals - we want to hear from you. We offer a fun, fast-paced environment, a strong lineup of inventory and the opportunity to make great money doing what you love. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their vehicle selection. Assist customers in selecting vehicles and accessories through engaging product demos and personalized recommendations Upsell products and accessories by identifying customer needs and highlighting relevant features Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when answering inquiries, following up on leads, or assisting customers remotely Support supervising staff in training new team members or managing daily store operations when needed Engage in retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and sales promotions to maximize revenue opportunities Qualifications Previous experience in sales is required, powersports sales is a bonus; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers and turn leads into vehicle sales. Bilingual is a plus Proven ability to perform merchandising tasks such as product demos and visual displays Experience supervising or leading small teams is advantageous but not mandatory; leadership qualities are valued Excellent phone etiquette skills for professional customer interactions over the phone or via online channels Join us as a Sales Associate to be part of a lively team that values your energy, dedication, and customer service excellence.
