In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to outstanding service. Duties Warmly greet all arriving customers and visitors with a positive attitude, making them feel welcomed and appreciated. Provide basic information about dealership services, promotions, or vehicle availability when asked Maintain a clean and organized greeting area to uphold a professional and inviting atmosphere Skills Excellent guest services and hospitality skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse customers and team members Valid driving experience with manual transmission proficiency; comfortable operating dealership vehicles in parking areas Previous dealership experience or familiarity with automotive environments is a plus but not required.
