AT&T Sales Associate:
At the core of this role is your ability to manage conversations, respond to customer needs, and contribute to a fast-moving residential sales campaign. Whether you're working with new clients or assisting returning customers, your communication skills and problem-solving mindset will set you apart. Engage with customers (face-to-face) in assigned areas to provide clear, accurate information about AT&T's latest offers and service availability Guide potential customers through AT&T's Internet and Wireless plans, sales services, and upgrades throughout the full sales cycle Assist with sales activations, customer account setup, and billing support Recommend solutions that meet customer needs and support the team's sales goals Our AT&T Sales Associates are responsible for building long-term relationships with customers and promoting brand loyalty Track account activity, manage sales service requests, and maintain accurate sales records Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and overall business sales performance Represent the AT&T brand professionally while working toward daily sales targets What We Look For in a
AT&T Sales Associate:

Commission-Based•AT&T Sales Representatives earn $80 to $150 per qualified lead converted into a sale. On average, Advisors earn between $50,000-$60,000/year.
Schedule:
Monday-Saturday (Approx. 40-50 hrs/week)
Job Locations:
Main Atlanta office location and field locations in surrounding cities/areas as assigned.
Clients & Products:
Promote AT&T's wireless phone, internet, and TV services.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
