This entry-level opportunity combines retail sales, customer service, and face-to-face marketing in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. In this role, you'll work directly with customers inside retail stores and event-based promotional environments representing technology and service-based campaigns. Team members help customers learn about products, promotions, upgrades, and available service options through face-to-face interaction. Employment Details:

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in a professional, face-to-face retail environment Provide product and service information while answering customer questions Assist with purchases, sign-ups, upgrades, and promotional enrollments Support daily customer engagement and retail sales goals Maintain organized and professional retail event spaces Work closely with team members and leadership to support campaign success

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Comfortable in customer-facing environments Self-motivated, coachable, and reliable Previous retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, or event experience is a plus, but not required
