Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and demonstrate features to customers
- Assist customers with product selection and offer recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and electronic payments with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Restock merchandise and ensure proper product placement
- Meet or exceed sales goals through effective upselling techniques
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Knowledge of technology, electronics, or jewelry sales is a plus
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations to showcase features
- Bilingual proficiency is an asset for serving diverse customer base
