Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Counter Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be on the frontline , providing exceptional service to customers while efficiently managing sales transactions and inventory. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will drive sales, foster customer loyalty, and ensure smooth daily operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise within a fast-paced retail environment dedicated to automotive parts and services. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and recommend suitable automotive parts or services with confidence and clarity Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems for accurate cash handling, order processing, and transaction documentation Maintain organized inventory control by stocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and updating inventory records. Assist customers with electrical and plumbing inquiries and repair recommendations to enhance their experience Negotiate prices and service options effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers, new products, or seasonal promotions to boost sales performance Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment, timely stock replenishment, and overall store organization Requirements Proven experience in customer service and sales is highly desirable but not required Strong communication skills in multiple languages are a plus Knowledge of electrical and plumbing is a plus Familiarity with inventory management systems, POS technology is a plus Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control and order fulfillment processes Demonstrated negotiation skills coupled with outstanding customer service capabilities Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining professional phone etiquette during customer interactions Valid driver's license may be required depending on store location; a proactive attitude towards learning new automotive technologies is essential Join us as a Counter Sales Representative where your enthusiasm fuels customer satisfaction!
