Sales and Customer Service Associate

This base pay plus commission position offers an exciting opportunity to earn a competitive wage and develop your retail skills while working in a lively, fashion-forward environment. We have a very busy location with amazing existing clientele, we are looking for part time and full time associates who are willing to cross train and learn all aspect's of our store and custom jewelry shop. We offer repairs as well as engraving too. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewelry pieces that match their style and preferences. completing transactions with POS (Point of Sale) system , including cash handling and credit card processing. Upsell complementary items and accessories to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts to highlight new arrivals and best sellers. cross train in multiple areas in our store. Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, or assisting remote customers. Previous retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry or luxury retail environments a plus! Supervising experience or leadership skills are a plus as well!
