Sales Associate:

Those who have knowledge and experience with our industry products such as CBD, Hookah, Vapes, Glass pipes, etc. One who has discipline, interest or passion for this industry, and is a motivated self-starter. Willing to train those who are looking to grow with the company and develop a career with us. We are looking for sale associates, assistant managers, and store managers to join one of our 20+ store locations. Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting every guest every time. Make a genuine connection with guests by engaging in friendly and conversation throughout each transaction; asking open ended questions about the guest's shopping experience and using those questions to assess, understand, and determine how to tailor your approach. Speak on the benefits of the rewards points with every guest and assist them through the application process. Maintain a clean, clutter free work area (including gathering abandoned items, trash, loose papers, food, etc.) Stock supplies during store open hours while being available for the guest. This includes standing majority of the shift. Compensation is $12hr, plus commission
