Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with services such as printing, shipping, notary, and drop-off shipments . Provide expert advice on printing techniques and shipping options to enhance customer satisfaction. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, including cash handling and retail math calculations. Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring merchandise is well-organized and visually appealing. Maintain knowledge of store services to create seamless customer experiences . Support inventory management by conducting stock checks and assisting with product replenishment. Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer service. Experience Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math is helpful. Multilingual skills are a plus, enabling us to serve a diverse customer base effectively. Knowledge of printing design helps in providing expert guidance on print jobs. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for printing, shipping, and maintaining store presentation.
