Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Retail Store Manager/Sales Associate to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer service, managing daily store operations, and leading a team to achieve sales goals. Responsibilities Lead daily store operations, ensuring efficient management of inventory, sales, and customer service activities Supervise and motivate team members, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing environment Manage sales processes using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cashiering, pricing, and transaction handling Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and purchasing to maximize product availability and presentation Implement marketing strategies to promote products and increase store traffic through effective merchandising and promotional activities Handle customer inquiries with professionalism via phone etiquette and in-person interactions, ensuring a positive shopping experience Conduct employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training to build a skilled and engaged team Experience Proven management or supervisory experience in retail or grocery store settings Strong background in retail sales, including retail math skills such as budgeting, pricing, and sales management Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and shift supervision Familiarity with inventory management systems, POS technology, cash handling procedures, and bookkeeping practices Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred for diverse customer engagement Experience in marketing, merchandising, stock management, and promotional planning is advantageous Prior assistant manager experience or similar roles that involve training & development responsibilities Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while honing your leadership skills. Pay:
$13.00 - $17.00 per hour
