Retail Sales Associate Marietta Smoke Shop Marietta, GA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $12 - $15 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Educate customers on products and answer questions Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with all age-restriction laws Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor Receive, organize, and restock inventory Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock items to management Follow all company policies and state regulations Assist with store opening and closing procedures Help promote a positive and welcoming environment for customers Must be at least 21 years old Previous retail, smoke shop, vape shop, or customer service experience preferred Knowledge of vape, Delta, kratom, hookah, and smoke shop products is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting merchandise when needed Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
