Job Description

Photograph auction items clearly and accurately, including close-ups of condition, markings, logos, hallmarks, serial numbers, flaws, and important details. Create auction listings with clear titles, descriptions, condition notes, measurements, materials, brand names, and any relevant item details. Handle items carefully while organizing, staging, photographing, and preparing them for auction. Research items when needed to help identify brands, materials, comparable values, and important listing keywords. Keep the listing process moving quickly while maintaining accuracy and consistency. Work with jewelry, luxury purses, watches, antiques, collectibles, and other auction inventory. Assist with organizing inventory before and after photography. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions. Comfortable taking quality photos with an iPhone, camera, or photography setup. Strong writing and grammar skills are a plus. Experience with eBay, AuctionNinja, Etsy, Poshmark, resale, luxury goods, jewelry, or antiques is preferred but not required. Must be comfortable learning how to identify important item details, condition issues, and brand-specific features. Basic computer skills required.
Pay Starting pay:
$15-$20 per hour , depending on experience. There is room to grow for someone who becomes fast, accurate, and understands the auction business. Additional opportunities may be available as you prove your value and help increase listing quality and auction performance. Ideal Candidate Someone who enjoys resale, photography, luxury goods, jewelry, antiques, or auctions and wants to learn a valuable skill inside a growing auction business. We are looking for someone we can train long-term, not just someone to fill a temporary position. Great for students, recent grads, resellers, content creators, or anyone interested in auctions.

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
