Duties Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently to process transactions accurately and swiftly Greet customers warmly, providing exceptional customer service at all times Manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity and attention to detail Assist customers with product inquiries, offering knowledgeable recommendations and conducting product demos when appropriate Upsell related products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure an attractive shopping environment Stock inventory regularly, ensuring products are available and properly labeled Engage in basic cashiering duties, including processing returns, exchanges, and refunds Qualifications Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred; supervisory experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are advantageous Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Experience in upselling and product demonstrations to enhance sales performance Basic math skills for daily cash register operations and inventory counts Supervising experience is beneficial for leadership opportunities within the team
