In this energetic role, you will provide expert advice, personalized fittings, and memorable shopping experiences to help clients find their perfect wedding dress and accessories. Responsibilities Assist brides in selecting wedding dresses, accessories, and complementary products through personalized consultations and product demos Provide expert advice on fit, style, fabric, and current trends to ensure each bride's vision is realized Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various bridal collections and accessories Manage the sales process with professionalism, including upselling additional items such as veils, shoes, jewelry, and undergarments Maintain a well-organized sales floor through merchandising, stocking, and visual displays that highlight key products Handle cash register operations confidently using POS systems while ensuring accurate cash handling and basic math calculations Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining phone etiquette, addressing inquiries promptly, and fostering positive relationships with clients Requirements Proven experience in retail sales or customer service; supervisory experience is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate product details clearly Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse clientele effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math for transactions Experience with merchandising, stocking, and maintaining store presentation standards in a retail or grocery store environment Knowledge of upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities while prioritizing customer satisfaction Excellent phone etiquette skills coupled with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for fashion meets your talent for creating unforgettable moments.
